If you use the Tight Alright device, Tight Alright mobile application or Tight Alright web application, you are agreeing to the Privacy Policy following this summary:
- We will collect, use and share health data only to operate the Tight Alright device, Tight Alright mobile application, Tight Alright web application, as discussed in the Privacy Policy. FeelTect may share health data with your healthcare provider.
- We do not sell your personal data or health data to third parties.

- You have rights over your data under applicable law, including GDPR and HIPAA.
Privacy policy
FeelTect is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data and information.
Definitions of data types
“Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify or contact an individual, including, for example, name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.
“Health Data” includes the information that is collected from use of our Products and/or Services, such as patient sub-bandage interface pressures or patient leg circumferences.
“Protected Health Information (PHI)” refers to individually identifiable health information created, received, or maintained in connection with the provision of healthcare.
“Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to Personal Data within our system; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons.
Data We Collect
We collect and use Anonymous Health Data as described below. We do not collect Personal Data via the Tight Alright device, Tight Alright mobile application nor Tight Alright web application.
Anonymous Health Data:
- Our Products and Services will automatically collect Health Data, including sub-bandage interface pressures, device usage and performance data or patient leg circumferences when using our Products and/or Services.
- Patients, healthcare providers and healthcare plans may also provide us other Health Data in connection with the use of our Products and Services, including but not limited to information collected in the course of providing support or monitoring related to an individual’s use of the Products and Services, such as photographs taken by healthcare providers during in-person training, follow-up or support visits.
We do not collect Personal Data directly through our Products and Services. Where Personal Data is provided to us, for example, through account registration or customer support it is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
How We Use Your Data
We may disclose Anonymous Health Data to your healthcare provider(s) and/or healthcare plan(s), including sub-bandage interface pressures or patient leg circumferences.
We may use this Anonymous Health Data to:
- Provide the Products and Services to you.
- Measure, monitor, evaluate, repair and improve the performance of our Products and/or Services.
- We may share Anonymous Health Data, as applicable, with service providers, including without limitation third-party vendors or business partners that help us provide the Products and/or Services to you. These include vendors that provide us data processing, hosting, disaster recovery, telecommunication or other services. We do not provide Personal Data or Patient Data to third-party vendors or business partners.
- We may share Anonymous Health Data in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership, Anonymous Health Data may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, business or assets, that company will possess the Anonymous Health Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding this data as described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable laws and regulations.
- FeelTect may disclose Anonymous Health Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on FeelTect; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of FeelTect, its Affiliates and/or its or their partners, customers or users; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.
We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
HIPAA Compliance
Where applicable, FeelTect operates in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations. Health Data collected through our Products and Services is handled in a manner consistent with HIPAA’s requirements for the privacy, security, and breach notification of Protected Health Information.
FeelTect enters into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with covered entities and business associates as required under HIPAA. If you are a covered entity or business associate and require a BAA, please contact us at admin@feeltect.com.
GDPR Compliance
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, the following provisions apply in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy.

FeelTect is committed to protecting the security of all collected data. Children’s Privacy
Our Products and Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. We do not intentionally gather data from individuals who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits data to FeelTect and we learn that the data is from a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes in the way we use your collected data by posting notice of the changes on our website (www.feeltect.com).
